Relax...you're gonna die anyway.
Why waste your stay in fear and stress? You’re here for a fleeting moment. So live it fully, Surf the Kali Yuga, and enjoy the ride.
WEEKLY MEDITATION
The Void is that silent gap between activities. The mindless scroll, the unconscious snack, the blank pause where awareness goes dark. It feels harmless, even necessary, but it's actually the vacuum quietly sucking the juice out of your existence.
Here’s the brutal truth: we don’t slip into the Void by accident; we choose it to avoid the discomfort of real rest and the vulnerability of real work. We reach for our phones because silence and choice both demand presence, which feels threatening. So we settle for neither, floating in limbo while life happens around us.
Modern life supercharges the Void. Infinite notifications, random tasks, and social feeds fill the gap just enough to numb the itch of boredom but never satisfy the soul.
Real self-care means either restoring your energy or creating value. The Void does neither. It traps you in no mans land, leaving you stuck and miserable. Genuine rest restores your mind; genuine work enlivens it. The Void simply kills time.
The way out is deceptively simple: notice the gap, feel the awkwardness, and then choose. Don’t reach for distraction. Sit with the discomfort for thirty seconds. Sense how deadening it feels to be neither here nor there. Then make a conscious choice: deep rest that replenishes you, or deep work that challenges you.
Over time, these conscious transitions become effortless flow. You learn to surf the spaces between activities instead of drowning in them. Life, lived without Void, is life lived.
Continuous presence is freedom.
THE VRILL BOARD
Aesthetics to increase your Vrill
“Everybody, one day will die, and be forgotten. Act and behave in a way that will make life interesting and fun. Fuck a mundane predictable life working Monday to Friday with something you derive no pleasure from; just living life out till you grow old and wither away. Find a passion, form relationships, don’t be afraid to get out there and fuck what everyone else thinks, trust me its a lot more fun that way.”

MEMENTO MORI
"Memento Mori" is a Latin phrase that translates to "remember that you must die" or “remember death” in English.
It's a concept with deep roots in philosophy and art, reminding people of the inevitability of death and the transient nature of life.
The phrase has been used throughout history as a reflection on the fleeting nature of human existence and a call to prioritize what truly matters in life.
Do not let this phrase deter you from enjoying life.
Mortality scares the weak and emboldens the pure of heart.
- Mike Ma
The concept serves as a reminder of the inevitability of death and the temporary nature of life.
The purpose of “memento mori” is not to induce fear or morbid thoughts but rather to encourage reflection on the brevity of life and the importance of living with purpose.
But first you have to give up. First, you have to know, not fear, know that someday you're going to die.
- Tyler Durden, Fight Club
It often goes hand in hand with the idea of “carpe diem,” which means “seize the day.”
Together, these concepts emphasize the significance of making the most of one’s time and not taking life for granted.
It’s a philosophical concept that encourages individuals to contemplate the impermanence of life and consider what truly matters in the limited time they have.
The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.
- Mark Twain
He who fears death will never live fully, only when death is embraced can he live a full life.
You can’t enjoy this life unless you are prepared for death at every moment.
You have to accept death in order to do anything great.
No one ever achieved anything worthwhile from cowardice.
Accepting your mortality is the first step to enlightenment.
Do not search for death but do not avoid it either, instead let it find you when the time is right and when it does, embrace it fully.
